3.2 Location Data (via mobile app)
When you use our mobile application, we collect the following location data:
- Precise Location (GPS): We collect your exact GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) for matching drivers with rides, navigation, and real-time tracking.
- Foreground Location: When the app is open and in use, your location is collected for ride coordination.
- Background Location: When you are logged in as a driver and available, the app may collect your location in the background to match you with ride requests in your area.
Purpose of location collection:
- Matching drivers with ride requests based on proximity
- Real-time tracking so passengers can follow their driver's location
- Calculating distances and estimated arrival times
- Safety and coordination during active rides
You can disable location access at any time through your device settings. However, this may limit the app's functionality for ride dispatch.

- Financial data: 7 years (legal retention obligation)
- Real-time location data: temporarily in memory, automatically deleted after the ride ends or when you go offline
- Ride history (pickup/dropoff locations): up to 2 years after the last ride
- Chat history: maximum 12 months
6. Sharing with Third Parties
We only share your personal data with third parties when necessary for our service delivery:
- Drivers and transport partners — for the execution of your ride (including location data for real-time tracking)
- Passengers — driver name, vehicle details, and real-time location are shared during active rides
- Payment processors — for secure transaction processing
- Hosting and IT service providers — for the management of our app
- Law enforcement — when required by law or legal process
We never sell your data to third parties. We conclude a data processing agreement with all processors to safeguard the security of your data.
